Saturday 21st March 2026

By Michael P. Lennon

There comes a point where things stop being noise and start becoming record. Today is that point for me.

This past period has not been about opinion, or emotion, or trying to convince anyone of anything. It has been about one thing only — putting facts in place, properly, through the correct channels, so that what exists cannot be ignored, rewritten, or dismissed.

I have taken the steps that matter.

A case has been filed within the High Court in Northern Ireland, King’s Bench Division. That is not a claim, that is not a suggestion — it is stamped, dated, and recorded. There is a number attached to it. There is a process attached to it. And from that point forward, it moves within a system that operates on evidence, not assumption.

Alongside that, I have ensured that documentation has not been left sitting in isolation. It has been delivered, signed for, and tracked. There are timestamps. There are receipts. There is a chain that connects each action to the next. Nothing exists on its own — everything links.

That matters.

Because for too long, situations like this can be brushed off as confusion, exaggeration, or misunderstanding. That only works when there is no structure. Once structure exists, the narrative changes. It becomes about accountability.

At the same time, I have built a public-facing record. Not for attention, not for reaction, but for transparency. The Mindspire platform is not a performance — it is a log of lived experience, set out clearly. Personal, grounded, and honest. If someone chooses to look, the information is there. If they choose not to, that is their decision — but the record still exists.

What I have learned through this process is simple: when everything is documented properly, you no longer need to argue your position. The documentation speaks.

That is where things now stand.

The case is active. The material is in place. The timeline is established.

From this point forward, there is a clear boundary.

I am not engaging in informal communication. I am not answering calls, responding to messages, or entertaining off-the-record discussions. If any individual or organisation has a position, concern, or response, there is a straightforward route available — through proper legal or official channels.

That is how this works now.

This is not avoidance. It is structure.

Because without structure, things get distorted. With structure, everything is accountable.

Looking ahead to the 1st of April 2026, there is a defined shift. That date is not symbolic — it is practical. From that point, all outstanding matters relating to this situation will be addressed clearly, in plain English, and placed on record in a way that cannot be misinterpreted.

There will be no ambiguity.

There is also a line drawn regarding previous communication. Emails sent late, outside of controlled conditions, are now considered locked. They are not part of what moves forward. What moves forward is what is documented, structured, and intentional.

That distinction is important.

Because this is no longer about reacting in the moment. It is about proceeding correctly.

Another element that has become clear is how easily confusion can be used against people — especially when communication is scattered, unexpected, or unclear. That is why structure matters not just legally, but practically. If something comes out of nowhere, asks for personal information, or creates pressure, it should always be questioned.

That applies across the board.

In my case, everything is now the opposite of that. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is rushed. Everything is placed where it belongs.

So where does that leave things today?

Simple.

The record exists. The process is active. The direction is set.

There is no need for repetition, escalation, or noise. The systems that are in place will do what they are designed to do. My role is to remain consistent, keep everything documented, and allow the process to move forward.

This is not about making statements for effect. It is about making sure that what is real is recognised as such.

And from this point forward, everything that matters will be handled exactly as it should be — formally, clearly, and on record.

No more, no less.
