1. Purpose

This policy establishes the rules and responsibilities for the creation, storage, dissemination, and licensing of digital content within the Mindspire ecosystem. Its objective is to ensure that all AI-generated, user-submitted, or system-processed media (images, videos, audio, text) are accurate, lawful, and non-fictional representations of lived experiences, institutional interactions, or mental health documentation.

2. Scope

Applies to:

All Mindspire digital platforms, blogs, and affiliated archives.

All personnel, contributors, collaborators, or automated systems that process or publish content.

All media types: images, videos, audio recordings, textual content, and AI-generated outputs.

3. Key Principles

Non-Fiction Mandate: All content must represent factual events, experiences, or correspondences. Any fictionalization or misrepresentation is prohibited.

Consent & Privacy: Personal data included in content must comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Explicit consent must be obtained when third-party personal information is involved.

AI Licensing: AI tools may only generate outputs for which Mindspire holds proper intellectual property and ethical licensing. Outputs must carry identifiers like HMW-AI-LIC-1984-NC-GOV to ensure traceability.

Transparency: All published content must clearly indicate its factual basis, date, and source. Metadata must be embedded where appropriate.

Security & Integrity: Content storage and transmission must follow strict access controls, encryption, and audit trails to prevent unauthorized modification.

AI-LIC: Confirms AI processing under Mindspire license and governance protocols.

5. Content Review & Approval

All AI-generated content undergoes human review before publication.

Any content found in violation will be flagged, quarantined, and reviewed by Mindspire governance officers.

6. Legal Compliance

7. Breach & Misuse Protocols
