I, Michael P. Lennon, Funeral Director of Bellaghy, hereby confirm that since 2021 I have undertaken sustained and deliberate action to ensure that no person, no family, and no community is left without voice, dignity, or protection during their most vulnerable moments.
This undertaking arose not from theory, but from lived reality. Through my professional duty and personal experience, I witnessed the consequences of silence, administrative failure, and systemic fragmentation. I made a clear and conscious decision to act—not for personal gain, but in service of continuity, truth, and the common good.
My role has always been rooted in respect for the individual and the family unit. As a Funeral Director, I stand at the intersection of life, death, and the space between. That position carries a responsibility beyond logistics. It demands integrity, accountability, and the courage to act when systems fall short.
Since 2021, every action I have taken has been guided by a single principle: that no individual or family should be abandoned, overlooked, or denied their rightful dignity. This commitment extends beyond profession. It is a permanent undertaking of stewardship, grounded in duty to community and future generations.
This statement is made truthfully, in full awareness of its significance, and stands as a clear record of my actions, intent, and ongoing responsibility.
Signed,
Michael P. Lennon

Issued by: Michael P. Lennon Jr – Bellaghy, Northern Ireland
I am placing this statement on record in my own words and under my own authority.
Between 2024 and 2026 I was interacting with multiple public institutions and financial systems while medically vulnerable and later detained under the Mental Health (Northern Ireland) Order. During that period I experienced a series of administrative and procedural failures involving welfare administration, local government process, creditor behaviour, and legal representation access.
These events are now documented through structured evidence including correspondence, court references, insurance claim documentation, and financial records. The material forms part of an indexed evidential record submitted under the Arc Legal claims process and preserved within the Mindspire governance archive.
Despite confirmation that Legal Expenses Insurance under Policy HAP603806360 was valid and active, the appointed solicitors confirmed they could not act and no replacement representation was provided. This left me effectively navigating complex legal and administrative systems without the representation the policy was intended to provide.
At the same time I was dealing with insolvency proceedings, welfare disruption, and ongoing administrative action by public authorities. These combined circumstances created a clear procedural imbalance at a time when reasonable adjustments for medical vulnerability were required.
I have complied with every formal process available to me:
submitting evidence, engaging with insurers, notifying public authorities, and documenting events chronologically. The record now exists as verifiable documentation rather than personal allegation.
My health has stabilised and I am now able to review the entire sequence with clarity. The conclusion is straightforward: the failures were not isolated misunderstandings but systemic procedural breakdowns across several institutions interacting at the same time.
The purpose of documenting this record is not hostility or grievance. It is accountability and transparency. The Mindspire platform exists precisely because lived experience often reveals structural gaps that systems themselves struggle to see.
This record is therefore preserved as both personal documentation and institutional insight. The facts stand as documented evidence.
